Warm wednesday night

So fast its midweek. So fast its May. So fast its almost a year at my new place. So fast people come and go. So fast everything moves that fast.

Lately I've been having a bad very bad habit of munching at night. I've kick that habit like 2 years ago (I'm serious!) but now it seems I'm getting back into it. I think the main reason is stress? Or maybe I just like eating? Or I just got an itchy mouth? What ever it is, I just must munch something. Or at least have a drink. Friends say I'm lucky I can eat but don't put on the pounds (Yeah rite. That's why I got to sweat it out). Since the last Ipoh trip, bought quite a lot of biscuits, and they are not helping at all in me getting rid of these habit. If I don't stop myself, I can just eat even when I'm so full (I think my food cell or whatever it is, must be spoiled la).

Oh ya. When to Bangsar yesterday and got some awesome choc stuff (choc? its just so fat-te-ning..yeah I know). Its pretty orgasmic. And you do know that choc helps in achieving that pretty good...*wink *wink

    sometimes munch till too full to sleep..lol
    no wonder badan tak turun turun :(

  2. I used to last time...then lost the habit couple of months ago..but now it came back and it seems planning to stay forever >_< end up, i slept late every night just to make sure the munchies got digested properly before i sleep

    2. well, i start to sleep late nowadays..when i did that, of koz i be hungry since my dinner usually is quite light..so munchie time..since i munch, need to sleep even later..urrgghhhh xD haha

    1. The taste was good. You gotta have it with hot milk. The dark choc taste is just rich and yummy.

      p.s. - you can't taste much of the irish whisky although it seem alot.

  4. ah sure if u keep those biscuits or food in awkward places like the cupboard downstairs you'll be so lazy to walk there hahahaha to grab it...or..i dont know just a suggestion hahahaha = )

    i have this habit too during the exams it's worseeeeeee tho

    1. Good idea..haha..but no matter where you hide the food, I'll be able to find it.. I'm a hunter... LOL

      Exam periods is the worse. You'll stay up late studying using your brains as well as your mouth too! lol

  5. Never had this problem but you can always choose fatless snacks to bite.. For instance ..you can get chocolate chips with 70% pure choc or 100% also got. So it's healthy.

    1. Yup. I'm changing my snacks to healthier ones like oat biscuits or un salted chips...oat drinks as well, to keep tummy full and satisfied besides reducing unwanted fat intake :)
