As you know I've been trying hard to get back in shape like so hard! Honestly it's not easy at all like hell no. So I've been going back to my routine in my gym by doing regular cardio exercises and strength training. Apart from that I'm also doing kick-ass classes in gym.
There has been results but not much though. Wishing for more and hope I achieve faster results. With my recent lifestyle of eating after gym which is like 10pm, isn't helping at all!
But I decided to do something better to burn those fat faster! No it's not cardio in bed but instead I bought a package from Groupon for a month to join Muay Fit. Its a studio which teaches all sorts of martial arts and it is just so awesome. I think you should really give it a try like for real.
So here's me cam-whoring during after my first boot-camp training. At first I couldn't believe it but I actually managed to do it. I managed to flipped a f-ing hugh-monk-gus tyre! Its not your usual Viva car tyre size but it is those huge lorry tyre type. Beat that suckers! Haha.
Anyway talking about my body, well fat is growing around the waist and it is certainly worrying. Maintaining is such a pain and I know it ain't easy. It's like trying to keep up with the Kardashians.
Okay the pic was taken like on Monday. So it may seem all is fine and lovely but trust me, it is the angle. My merman is only visible if I flex it. That's bad so bad. Why does my chest look so hairy???
Not sure if I've asked this before but how do your maintain your shape? I bet lots of you heads to the gym often right?
